Abstracts are solicited from interested parties, on or before1st May 2004, both from the region and elsewhere. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words briefly summarizing the paper’s major components, methodology and findings as well as the subject's implications for the conference theme.
Authors selected by the Conference Technical Committee based on their abstracts are requested to submit their full papers by the specific date listed below. Papers should not exceed 30 double-spaced pages including references and figures. Selected authors are kindly requested to mail a hard copy of their paper, they could also transmit it electronically or send a soft copy on a floppy disk which operates under Windows (IBM compatible). Colored figures/pictures are preferred to be sent digitally as JPG files. |
